I ACCEPT AND ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS TO MY PROPERTY AND ME.  ADDITIONALLY, I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES CAUSED BY ME.  I RELEASE THE SPONSORS AND THEIR AGENTS FROM LIABILITY FROM ANY SUCH LOSS OR INJURY.  I AGREE TO HOLD PINCKNEY COMMUNITY SCHOOLS AND THE PINCKNEY COMMUNITY SCHOOLS BAND BOOSTERS (AND  DIRECTORS) HARMLESS FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY ARISING FROM THE CRUISE.  I AGREE TO PROVIDE MY OWN INSURANCE AND OBEY ALL TRAFFIC LAWS WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THE CRUISE.  I UNDERSTAND THAT BY VIOLATING ANY TRAFFIC LAWS, THAT I MAY BE SUBJECT TO BEING TICKETED. I ALSO AGREE THAT PINCKNEY BAND BOOSTERS MAY USE MY PICTURE IN ANY PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL.
